You're Excited About US Because You Will...

-Serve customers during an event/banquet at the assigned stations quickly, courteously, and efficiently.

-Observe guests in a friendly and courteous manner while fulfilling any additional requests.

-Assist other servers in a cooperative manner to ensure efficient service to guests including the completion of assigned side work as directed.

-Set dining tables to established standards and remove any dinnerware, glassware, flatware and linens that do not meet cleanliness and appearance standards. 

We're Excited About YOU Because...

-You have some prior progressive experience in food service, banquet, or conventions.

-You are at least 18 years of age.

-You have obtained or are willing to obtain (within 30 days of employment) TIPS® (Training for Intervention Procedures) alcohol awareness certification.

-You'll have obtained a valid current Food Handlers Card or have a willingness and ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.

-You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $16.00 plus tips. This is an ON-CALL position. The actual rate offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate. A full-time team member in this role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
