You're Excited About US Because You Will... 

- Oversee the marketing strategy and deliverables of the resort.

- Manage the resort's social media strategy and provide communication on all social media sites/blogs, including Twitter, Facebook LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.  

- Monitor and develop team members performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward

We're Excited About YOU Because... 

- You will develop the resort's annual marketing plan and budget with an overall strategy to increase revenues, control expenses, and provide a return on investment on marketing spend.

- You will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all marketing activities.

- You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts. 

The expected salary range for this position is $140,000-$160,000. The Meritage Resort & Spa reserves the right to modify or update this range at any time. The actual salary offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate. This role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
