You're Excited About US Because You Will... 

-Oversee, manage, and conduct all training-related programs, initiatives, communication, and activities for all Hotel operations departments

-Develop and roll-out training programs, as needed, with a focus on and improve guest service and loyalty

-Drive service scores by ensuring staff provides continuous outstanding 5 diamond service

-Assist with orientations and other training

-Facilitate and manage leadership development courses and programs

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. The Meritage Resort & Spa reserves the right to modify or update this range at any time. The actual salary offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate. This role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
