You're Excited About US Because You Will... 

-Prepare room attendant assignments sheets by running reports, verifying room status, and determining discrepant rooms. Prioritize room cleaning and updates status of departing guest rooms. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk..

-Assist Housekeeping management with daily administrative activities such as making sure payroll cards are complete and responding to any issues/questions from housekeeping staff. Record, monitor, and update list of 'Do Not Disturb' rooms.

-Complete required Housekeeping paperwork.

-Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. (i.e. rooms in need of maintenance, HOTSOS, Front Office on room urgency, VIP, special requests, etc.)

We're Excited About YOU Because... 

-You have basic knowledge of housekeeping, luxury hotel service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.

-You have the ability to perform basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

-You are able to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team.

-You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $21.00. The Meritage Resort & Spa reserves the right to modify or update this range at any time. The actual rate offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by the relevant experience, qualifications, and skill set of the final candidate. A full-time team member in this role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
