You're Excited About US Because You Will...

-Manage subordinate supervisors/lead personnel who supervise team members in the assigned restaurants and/or In-Room Dining.

-Be solely responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these F&B units while you carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

-Have responsibilities that include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

-Monitor day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure standards of product presentation and service exceed guest expectations and meet or exceed property standards.

-Seek to achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and maximize profitability.

-Ensure quality and portion control while minimizing waste or loss of supplies to maintain profitability.

-Ensure guests receive outstanding, consistent, exceptional service by circulating through each dining area and seek opportunities to improve satisfaction, and immediately handle any guest concerns or complaints.

We're Excited About YOU Because...

-You have earned a High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent experience.

-You are at least 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

-You have at least two years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.

-You possess solid knowledge of restaurant management, service standards of comparable hotel, guest relations and etiquette.

-You have the ability and experience in successfully leading and coordinating staff in a high volume, time-sensitive environment. 

-You have the ability to monitor labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met.

-You have obtained or are willing to obtain (within 30 days of employment) TIPS® (Training for Intervention Procedures) alcohol awareness certification.

-You'll have obtained a valid current Food Handlers Card or have a willingness and ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.

-You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
