You're Excited About US Because You Will...

-Manage all Concierge operations including the planning of department goals and directing team members to achieve results.

-Participate in the hiring process by interviewing potential team members and selecting those that best meet staffing needs.

-Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.

-Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies, and knowledge of the local area, entertainment, tours, points of interest, transportation, tickets, events, etc.

-Effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of who may require a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger. 

We're Excited About YOU Because...

-You earned a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

-You have three or more years of related Concierge experience and perhaps a designation as a Certified Tourism Ambassador. 

-You have the ability to lead others in the department by mentoring and providing training that results in staff that meets/exceeds guest expectations and provides a high level of guest satisfaction.

-You have excellent customer service/communication skills to work with guests of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds for the purpose of resolving problems/complaints and providing a high level of guest satisfaction.

-You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
