You're Excited About US Because You Will...

- Manage all Revenue Department operations and activities. Be responsible for planning department goals and directing subordinate Team Members.

- Analyze and measure pricing strategies. Ensure a consistent and rational hotel pricing and yield strategy across all channels and all segments according to the company's pricing philosophy.

- Formulate strategic plans for hotel(s) and effectively define, execute and communicate actions to accomplish related objectives.

- Proactively manage inventory for the hotel(s) to optimize revenue in all areas including Rooms, Function Space, Spa (where applicable) and Food and Beverage. 

We're Excited About YOU Because...

- You have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality.

- You have five or more years of revenue management experience in a similar organization. Two years as a supervisor/manager in similar setting desired.

- You have the ability to interpret an extensive variety of financial elements and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

- You are willing and able to work a varying schedule to reflect the business needs of the property. Work schedules include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts as needed.

- You complete all required training as scheduled. You maintain a clean appearance and professional demeanor.

The expected salary range for this position is $135,000. The Meritage Resort & Spa reserves the right to modify or update this range at any time. This salary range is based on this role being a 100% on-site position. The actual salary offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate. This role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
