Salary range: $180k-210k

Job Description:

What You Will Accomplish

• Directly lead a team of approximately 10 at the corporate office and accounting leaders at specific properties, being the accounting leader within the company.

• Oversee financial operations and financial planning for all properties, ensuring efficient execution of accounting systems, software, and processes.

• Lead by example, embracing our Culture of integrity, compliance, respect, and humility in all interactions and decision-making processes

• Embrace our company Vision, ensuring the accounting team understands their Roles, Responsibilities, and Expectations. Develop and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures at all hotel properties.

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, actively participating in acquisition activities and due diligence.

• Maintain sound tax planning, compliance, and reporting, overseeing and advising on risk management.

• Interact regularly with financial institutions, managing requests for information, etc.

• Manage and coordinate all money transfer transactions and guide the annual financial audit process for all business units, ensuring completion in a timely manner.

• Ensure appropriate operational accounting practices are in place at the hotels and other business units, maintaining solid and appropriate checks and balances.

What You Will Bring

• Over 10 years of hands-on leadership experience in senior financial role within the hospitality industry, emphasizing operational accounting, corporate and treasury practices.

• A solid educational background in finance or accounting.

• Systems experience with Profit Sword and Great Plains preferred.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large teams in the hotel sector, fostering growth, and achieving financial objectives.

• Energetic and motivated to implement and enhance organizational structures, policies, and processes, showcasing strong hospitality financial leadership
