Front Desk Agent
Join the Hotel Viata Front Office team as a Front Desk Agent. This is key position of the team who helps create a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Proficient in using phone systems, computers, and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in guest information and payment processing
